GET IT? THE BLACK HOUSE! LOL? A bolo-tie-wearing, bad-speech-writing Colorado businessman learned the hard way yesterday that "black president" jokes aren't so welcome at big, regional awards ceremonies attended by the governor.

Then he added, "They're going to have to change the name of that building if Obama's elected."
