SCAM ARTIST COULDN'T HAVE FOUND A MORE FAMOUS RAPPER TO PRETEND TO REPRESENT? A woefully unambitious scam artist posing as Tone Loc's manager recently scammed two Detroit-area bars out of a grand total of $1,400 after promising his "client" would perform. Ever the gentleman, Mr. Loc has agreed to play at those two bars, but at his normal rate. On the outside, he's probably acting like this happens all the time. But on the inside, he's hopping up and down screaming, "I've got a gig! I've got a gig!"
