Nothing says, "I'm the birthday girl" like a see-through plastic dress! Now that I've taught you that important piece of birthday etiquette, guess whose 21st bday bash went down in Houston this weekend?

Dear Solange,
You are not cute. I know it gets hot in H-Town, but that does not mean that you have to walk around YOUR 21st birthday party with your forehead on shine like that. But I guess if you weren't wearing saran wrap you probably wouldn't be sweating like that from jump, right? Your eyeshadow and falsies are a total mess, and speaking of your eye makeup, thick eyebrows are NOT IN. I don't care what the magazines say…they are ugly. You might want to tell your sister that, too. Why is your hair so frizzy? Ever hear of BioSilk? FrizzEase? I think that stuff works on cheap, synthetic weaves, too. I am ashamed that you are Beyonce's sister. You really need to step your game up, honey. Seriously.

She just needs to have her chin done. The Knowles' did enough work on Bey's face. They can spring for some chin work and a new hairdo that won't make her look like a drag queen.

That dress is likely part of the Dereon line. Call it advertising.

It's a shame that she has a kid at her age. I'm a bit older and I cannot imagine that sort of responsibility which is why I use NuvaRing and condoms.
