Ann Coulter is either crazy or so obsessed with notoriety that she says crazy things to get press. Perhaps she’s even a combination of both. Either way, I rarely pay attention to much of anything she says, but on Friday’s Hannity & Colmes, which I find to be one of the most detestable programs on cable television, she speculated that Hillary Clinton would enjoy waterboarding someone (this was a compliment) and compared Barack Obama to Hitler (coming from her, I’m surprised this was not also a compliment) and his book to a “dimestore” version of Mein Kampf. At what point are networks responsible for the hateful and irresponsible drivel their invited pundits spew? Is this crossing a line or on par with what we would expect on Hannity & Colmes?
COULTER: I think the point is, the most important question right now is — is who it is John McCain chooses as his vice president. Because he may end up being the luckiest man in the world, running against this absolute racist Obama, as noted in my column –

COLMES: We should be as wary of Obama as they should have been of Hitler in Nazi Germany?

Point one: she’s laughing her way to the bank. All her books are bestsellers. Point two: She is an Ivy-league grad and U of M Law School grad, vs. the GED’s who criticize her.
1) Cornell is the easiest Ivy to get into. If it were a big deal, you’d name it instead of stating that she’s “Ivy educated” in hopes that the Yale-Princeton-Harvard-Penn-Columbia and even Dartmouth fumes would rub off on her.
2) The only person who gets off on criticizing her regularly is Al Franken (Harvard).
Much like Paris Hilton, she’s making money because people keep giving her attention.

Sorry I agree with Ann about Obama and I have never agreed with her before. I actually despise her. Obama is a racist and he has proven this with the friends he keeps. I would compare him with Hitler, but not because of his book. I haven’t read it, so I can’t comment on it, but I would compare him with Hitler based on his oratory skills. He can convince all you supposedly college educated dummies that he is some deity. He does nothing wrong and he has a good excuse for everything. You people are also following him like the Germans followed Hitler…without a brain of your own. I’m college educated and I’m sorry, but I don’t like Obama.
