At Last

Arnelle Simpson gave her famous father OJ a beatdown in Florida yesterday, knocking him to the ground, cutting his head, and bloodying his lip. Apparently, Arnelle, 39, was angry because she doesn't like her dad's 32-year-old girlfriend. Arnelle felt bad and called 911, but whatever. He more than had it coming to him. [NYDN]

That is so messed up that his ex-wife is working at Wal-Mart to make ends meet. She had to put up with his crazy behind and she can't even relax on some paper! OJ is waaaay beyond due for a whuppin'!

I don't agree with this at all. I don't think it's ever appropriate to put your hands on your parents, or anyone for that matter.

So if your dad is whupping your Mom's azz you are just going to stand there and quote how inappropriate it is for you to tax his azz? Please.

Clarity

Was OJ beating someone up and his daughter came to that persons rescue? The story does not say that. It says OJ and his kid where having a verbal disagreement and she pushed him down.

So exactly what are you talking about?

She sure stood by his ass when he killed his first wife and her friend though. I guess her not liking his new girlfriend is far worse than murder.

Oh my. I don't like OJ but there's no justification for Arnelle's behavior.

And why's Arnelle on some ol' Johnny Come Lately BS when she was in her dad and Nicole's wedding? She's now pissed that her dad left her moms with nothing? Then again, Marguerite has been twiced married after OJ, so the alimonry been ran out.

Monie, I am referring to the comment that Qui made "I don't think it's ever appropriate to put your hands on your parents, or anyone for that matter".

Is that clear enough for you?

I clarify my own point - there are exceptions to to every rule. Agreed, per your example, if it came to it and my father was putting hands on my mother…I would defend.

But in the context, I don't think these actions should be applauded. I don't think that is ok in a general since to put hands on your mother/father or anyone.

So - def. my error was to say "ever"…I should have picked a different term.

dlisted said it was because OJ hadn't paid her mama, now a Wal Mart employee, spousal support in a LONG while, not because of the new chick who gets her brows waxed by Stevie Wonder.
