Go Michelle, RiRi and Gwyneth (boo to the Tod's business though!). Kerry WAS indeed robbed. I can't take a best dressed list seriously if it doesn't include her. InStyle does it and they LOVE her. I don't get it. Is she not famous enough? Kristin Davis is always on there. She's not that that famous.

Rihanna deserves to be on that list. She takes fashion risks and even when they don't work, I still give her props for effort instead of just doing what everyone else does. That makes her a true fashionista. Fergie dresses like a Cali beach bum circa 99. There's nothing cute, original or fashionable about that.

Rihanna has a good stylist who somehow has a lot in common with Fefe Dobson and Kelis style-wise (look it up) but it works. I can't understand how Charlize is on there and not Kerry. I'm also surprised they didn't include Joy Bryant, esp. since she's styled by Rachel Zoe. Her people usually make the lists.
