In this clip from The Daily Show, Jon Stewart examines the news media's case of Baracknophobia, described as the "irrational fear of hope." He seems like he wants journalists to focus on the news instead of adding fuel to baseless internet smears. Requesting that these guys and gals actually do their jobs might, unfortunately, be too much to ask.
As a special bonus, check out Fox contributer Cal Thomas weighing in on "angry black women" after the jump.
It's so funny and pathetic how old rich white men feel threatened by a strong, independent, assertive black woman.
also, I love Jon Stewart.
It used to be: angry women.. Now they added 'black' to it…
So it's all men vs. black women now? SMH
Isn't it funny when a well of white man tries to talk about angry black women. That's like me trying to complain to a man about "my balls" hurting.
I knew there was a reason I've been a fan of the Daily Show since college but especially Jon Stewart as host. I was laughing last night when I saw this piece, I made a note to tell a relative to catch the rebroadcast at 8pm. tonight.
funny how most of the comments on this thread are related to the "angry black woman" piece. out of the entire 7+min clip that part is what "we" get riled up enough to comment about. also, at least one of you commenters previously said Fox News was not to be paid attention to because of their blatant racism. why not follow your own advice for their obvious sexism as well? something to make you go hmmmm.
^^said with no intent of disrespect to anyone
Sterohyped could use a little Baracknophobia. We get it, you heart him.
