Because White Women With Long Hair Are Worth It

L'Oreal, which features Beyonce and Kerry Washington in its USA advertisements, has not shown that same commitment to diversity in Europe. The Garnier division of the makeup behemoth now has the dubious distinction of being the first major company that has been found guilty of workplace discrimination in France. Why? Because the company intentionally excluded women of color from promoting Garnier Fructis products during a 2000 campaign.

This calls into question that whole "because you're worth it" line, doesn't it?

They probably turned the black ones away and said something like 'I hear Just 4 Me products do wonders for your hair type'.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I thought that Fructis stunk.
Stink stank stunk.

While Beyonce and Kerry are doing their ads, I don't know any black people using their products so I'm surprised they are still using them.
