There was an article in the Wall Street journal some years back stating that of all groups in Britain, black African immigrants are the most educated (beyond A levels). I wonder if the black West Indians were separated from the Black Africans would the numbers be the same.

I must add that black Africans are also the most educated of any group in the US so do not believe the hype when they say that we are inferior with their BS intelligence tests

the reason why so many blacks are falling back is because of the poor standards of teachers they are putting in schools, as noted in the newspaper recently that they found a high percentage of teachers who have not even qualified to teach these schools i have witnessed it myself in England they have a habbit of putting pupils in groups like 1-5 1 being the best if you are unlucky to be in the bottom groups there is no point wasting your time coming in as your likely to have a teacher that does not even care, cannot speak english and will teach your 1-3 times table up to the last year oh yeah and if your lucky your teacher might depending on how he feels turn up

so the problem is not with the children its the teachers

like if they were to compare children in africa who are mainly black with the children in england they excel more than the white kids and are brighter you get 13 year olds finishing secondary school and why is that

the education system here holds you back
