Wesley Snipes, who was convicted earlier this year of three counts of tax fraud and subsequently sentenced to three years in prison, has been granted permission from a judge to head overseas to do some work while his case is under appeal. He'll be doing post-production work in England on Gallowwalker and will then go to Thailand for eight weeks to film Chasing the Dragon. Luckily for Snipes, the quality of the movies he needed to go abroad to film did not factor into the judge's decision. [SP]
Thats good. He needs to save up some money and can still earn some while in jail. I'm a fan of Wesley so I hate that he's going to jail. What a waste!
