Clinton Concedes Gracefully
But Her Staffers Are Gearing Up For A Very Nasty Aggressive Battle Ahead

Hillary Clinton focused on last night's Democratic victory in her concession speech last night, because, after coming in third place, there was really no other victory to focus on. While she stayed very positive last night, political insiders, as well as her very own campaign aides, are saying that things are about to get ugly.

For weeks now Clinton aides have been threatening on and off the record to use some bad stuff against their chief opponent. First, two of them told conservative columnist Robert Novak the Clintons had very damaging information on Obama, but they weren't going to use it. Then her New Hampshire co-chair, Billy Shaheen, said, not that any Democrat would use Obama's admitted youthful drug use against him, but boy, would the Republicans have a field day with that later this year.

Meanwhile, John Edwards, who came in second to Obama in Iowa, had this to say to his supporters last night.

I think (hope) that Americans are getting smarter and realizing that these negative campaigns are a waste of time. If you have to resort to fighting dirty, what does that say about you? Hillary Clinton is scared and now has to resort to fighting dirty in order to win. I know I, for one, am tired of negative campaigns. Don't tell me what they did wrong, tell me what you can do right!

Dude, I think you may still be having server issues? This page keeps trying to play the speech??

Anyway I wanted to say that Donna Brazille was just on C-Span and said something that I agree with. Hillary doesn't have to go negative she can do what Mondale did in '84 to his opponent…just put questions in people's head. Who is this guy? Do we really know? Mondale won the nomination and then of course ran into the Gipper. Maybe not such a good story after all. ;-)

F— all the politicians. They've ruined my 2-3 hours of TV time with their ads. Especially the democrats. I will vote for the person with the least ads. I'm not even kidding.

W00t! I love Madeleine Albright, Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton. If you're running for office, I hate you.
