As we all probably know by now — we all probably knew before the vote even took place — Barack Obama won Oregon's primary last and and Hillary Clinton won Kentucky's. So, uh, it looks like we're still in it for the long haul. As usual, check out some shots, courtesy of the WaPo and NYT, of the candidates campaigning in the two states. The picture above gives a glimpse of the 75,000-person crowd that showed up to support Obama in Portland this weekend.

I feel for those girls and any presidential candidates' young kids. I have to give it up to Chelsea because she was in her awkward phase and grown men were dogging her on their national broadcast shows. Other than the pedophile who ranked the hotness of the candidates' children early in the race (I think it was just Obama's kids and Edwards' youngest two), they've gone this far without being permanently scarred. The media has gotten far more offensive in the last 16 years but lets pray that it lasts.
Isn't it a shame that the people who actually can deal with this sort of attention aren't the one's bombarded by it, i.e. McCain's kids are no where to be seen. Is his wife even campaigning with him? I like her by the way. I saw a clip of her being interviewed and she was asked why she didn't release her tax info for the public to critique. She wasn't having it. Chelsea's campaigning so she's faced some heat which comes with the territory.
