The New Republic decided to take a different spin on the ubiquitous Hillary Clinton/Barack Obama magazine covers by morphing the two candidates together. The cover art was engineered by Nancy Burson, the woman behind the Human Race Machine, which allows users to see what they would look like as a different race. I'm not really seeing the point of this particular cover, but the resulting man woman person is kind of pretty and probably harbors an unhealthy amount of self-hate. This might be a dream come true to some Dems, but to me it's kind of terrifying.[TNR]
