Foxy Brown was probably just projecting because she's still pissed about getting beaten up and robbed in June. Still, it's never really appropriate to throw a Blackberry at your neighbor. And, of all people, Foxy Brown should know better. She turned herself into police yesterday over the phone-throwing incident, which happened last month.

The 27-year-old was charged with felony assault, menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon, according to reports

Brown was arraigned and released on $5,000 bail. Her next court date is Sept. 26.

The New York Police Department says the trouble-prone rapper, who is on probation, was accused of hitting her 25-year-old neighbor during an argument on July 30. The victim filed a complaint with the police after reportedly receiving treatment for loose teeth, a swollen lip and swelling of her right eye.

Something about this story sounds wrong to me. Foxy Brown is the type that chucks weave glue at innocent people. The cell phone throw is the sort of snooty, high brow bad behavior I would except from Naomi Campbell. I hope F.B.'s not expecting W magazine to do another community service photo spread.
