George W. Bush Never Ceases To Amaze

busharroyo.jpgOur President with Filipino President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo at the White House today discussing "Phillipine-Americans:"

PRESIDENT BUSH: Madam President, it is a pleasure to welcome you back to the Oval Office. We have just had a very constructive dialogue. First, I want to tell you how proud I am to be the President of a nation that — in which there's a lot of Philippine-Americans. They love America and they love their heritage. And I reminded the President that I am reminded of the great talent of the — of our Philippine-Americans when I eat dinner at the White House. (Laughter.)

PRESIDENT ARROYO: Yes.

PRESIDENT BUSH: And the chef is a great person and a really good cook, by the way, Madam President.

PRESIDENT ARROYO: Thank you.

What a moron. We all know geography isn't his strong suit, but isn't he briefed before each meeting? He has no retention skills whatsoever.

I'm pretty sure he's addressing the press and referring to an earlier conversation with the Filipino president, whom he probably referred to as "The President" because he couldn't remember how to pronounce her last name. These things are difficult for GW.

Lauren, that was the first thing I thought of when I read her name. He will NEVER be able to pronounce that!!I am so ashamed for all of the U.S. every time that man opens his mouth. He is so ridiculous and embarrassing.

And —jet fuel is 900 billion dollars a gallon and the leader of a nation flies all the way here only so this man can talk about how good the Philippine people who work for him feed him? Oh my GOODNESS, this man has to go. Poor woman. Look at her. Look at her sitting there. She's probably like "I have 17 PhDs in Foreign Affairs, Economics and um 15 other things. I can run 74 Americas. I shaved my legs for this?"

And you can see she didn't put her purse down. She has that thing right next to her in case she has to make a quick getaway. The more he talks, the closer she clutches it. She's like "this man is crazy. Got my credit cards. Let me find the East Wing door."

I remember it was on most news outlets when the White House announced Cristeta Comerford as Executive Chef because she was the first woman and minority (Filipina-American) to attain that spot. Kudos to Comerford, but couldn't Bush have thought of anyone else in addition to her? I agree with Monie; what would he have said? SMH…

Ahahahahahahahahah!!!!

I love America : a place where people who are challenged in the communication and intelligence field can still have the highest positions.

Mrs Rice's job must not be an easy one.
