If it such an issue, why was William Ayers allowed to wander around, become a player in Chicago politics, write books and become a renowned expert on education?

So let me get this straight. The entire city of Chicago can accept this man, accept him a member of their society, acknowledge his expertise and grant him a certain amount of fame and credibility, and the STATE of ILLINOIS can grant him full access to its university, but it is a problem for Barack Obama to have a professional acquaintance with the man?!?!?

I'm all for debating and hearing different perspectives on the issues. But all she does is spit talking points. Some folks read the paper in the morning; she reads McCain cliffnotes. When someone asks her a valid question, she never gives a real answer. She just tries to trash Obama instead (ex: Barbara asking why Palin would make a good president last week).

Its not white or black for me. It is about terrorism. I am as against terrorists as Elisabeth H. I TOTALLY AGREE with her about questioning peoples ties to terrorists. Therefore, why was a KNOWN member of a KNOWN terrorist organization allowed in the Republican party and why was he allowed in the US Congress? And how often did McCain meet with this terrorist? How well did he know him? They voted together? What else did they do together? What else did they agree on?
