Hillary Clinton: Life In The Fab Lane

hillaryclinton.jpgKimora Lee Simmons is the latest celeb to hop on the candidate endorsement train. She checked out their platforms, weighed them side by side, and decided that Hillary Clinton was the candidate with the most fabulosity.

“I have known Hillary for many years and have seen her work passionately on many issues, including poverty, education, and prison reform,” said Simmons. “I’m proud to support Hillary because she has the experience necessary to deliver real solutions and turn our country around. In addition, seeing Hillary as President would be an inspiration to my daughters, knowing that they too can be anything they want if they have the determination to make it happen. As a mother, I have learned that you must lead with your head, not just your heart, and I’m confident that Hillary will be the President to bring our country together and deliver a brighter future for all Americans.”

I hope Kimora doesn't think Hillary's going to start showing up to campaign events in Baby Phat now. [NB]

Public figures overestimate how much we care about their opinions. Please Kimora, Toni, Maya, Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg, Ted Kennedy, Kerry, Oprah, Chris Rock, Andre Leon Talley. Please tell us what to think because we give a shit.

What do Brad and Angelina think? Did baby #5 get made after angry sex following a political debate?

Actually Daria, I do give a shit what individuals, I admire and respect have to say. The Kennedy's endorsement as well as Kerry and Oprah are very meaningful and important. Kimora is another story, she seems to be trying to get publicity and I believe she is misinformed with regards to Sen. Clinton. The point is, like it or not, endorsements do matter.

I could care less about this endorsement or any other. I make up my own mind.

Kristin, seems like you like who the Kennedy clan picked. I'm sure you'd be singing a different tune if they endorsed Clinton.

Caroline Kennedy - daughter of president who has fought to keep his overinflated legacy alive.
Ted Kennedy - man whose popularity and political success can be attributed to the deification of the Kennedy clan, especially in Massachusetts.
