Beauty doesn't necessarily make you interesting, cool or a pleasure to be around. Physical beauty doesn't mean that you have a great personality or are beautiful on the inside.

Not that I know all about Ms. Berry or anything, but I do have a good friend who has known Benet since he was a kid and he's always said that Halle is a control freak.

While I know there are three sides to every story. I could absoultely believe that Halle Berry has some significant personality flaws.

Qui, you're right about beauty but people don't marry solely for beauty. Also, there are a lot of people I suspect of being control freaks without evidence. Halle's not on that list. Her co-stars, especially on X Men, have stated how shockingly chill she is which I'll take over your friend of a friend of Eric or whatever.

I never actually said that Benet married Halle for her beauty. My point is that her beauty doesn't justify her ability not to be cheated on nor does it make her more relationship capable.

No doubt - you can pull your facts from whatever source you pull. But for me, the word of a friend of a good friend is much better than what Halle Berry's Co-star's think. I mean what are they going to say? Halle Berry is one of the most powerful women in Hollywood. Their career is tied into hers from a public and industry relations standpoint.

But, I can also understand your point about how the X-men co-stars are much more credible than my friend…after all this is just a blog post…and who the hell am I to you anyway!

Halle's X-Men co-stars are not going to trash her reputation because they may work with her again. Haven't you noticed all movie/tv people say how great their experience was on-set, true or not.

I believe Halle's not the easiest person to be with and that can wear someone's psyche down to the nub, day in and day out — beautiful face be damned!

I am no fan of Halle B.'s alleged acting abilities or wit.
However, the Benet man cheated repeatedly. Regardless of his partner's qualities or flaws. She could be a control freak or an easy-going angel; he still would have cheated. He is responsible for that.
She is responsible for her bad choices in men.

David Justice got caught picking up prostitutes, then Eric Benet who I'm sur Halle's people put out that he had a sex addiction problem to save face on yet anothe bad choice in men she main. Halle's fail relationships and marriage have one commom denominator and that's Halle herself..

I think most women need to have a positive father figure who model for them what a good husband is and a general model for what a healthy partnership looks like. Whether or not you're aware of your daddy issues, you can't deny the fact that it will greatly impact you. When you've got two people who have no model for a healthy relationship, it's the blind leading the blind.

Also, many philanderers (not the prostitute visiting sort or the sniveling immature kind) are charming. I know because several have tried to chat me up, most while I was jail bait in several states. They are incredibly charming and I can see how a lot of women fall into that trap. Enjoy the attention of the Daniel Cleavers of the world and find yourself a lovely Mark Darcy type.
