In Some States, Leave Your Campaign Gear At Home On Election Day
 

Virginia officials just agreed to ban clothing, pins, and stickers that promote candidates at the polls on election day. A similar effort is underway in Pennsylvania, and campaign gear is already banned at the polls in at least four states — Maine, Montana, Vermont and Kansas. The ACLU argues that these rules violate first amendment rights. [AP]

If that's the rule people should abide by it but, really when people are going to vote they usually have there mind already made up so what harm can it really do.

Riiiight! Because I'm sure if I saw someone wearing a McCain t-shirt it would make me change my mind and vote for McCain! Hahahaha…….
