In a new campaign ad in response to Barack Obama's recent criticism of John McCain's education record, the McCain camp says that Barack Obama's one education "accomplishment" was legislation to teach kindergartners "comprehensive sex ed." Here's the script:
Education Week says Obama "hasn't made a significant mark on education".
That he's "elusive" on accountability.
A "staunch defender of the existing public school monopoly".
Obama's one accomplishment?
Legislation to teach "comprehensive sex education" to kindergartners.
Learning about sex before learning to read?
Barack Obama.
Wrong on education. Wrong for your family.
The Obama camp released a statement instantly, calling the ad shameful and "perverse." The bill the ad references was not drafted by Obama and never became law. More importantly, the "comprehensive sex education" involved teaching kids about improper touching. If Obama wanted to follow McCain's lead, the script of his next ad could include the line: "John McCain doesn't want to protect your children from pedophiles."
In other political news, the McCain campaign is calling Obama sexist for saying, "You can put lipstick on a pig. It's still a pig. You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called change. It's still gonna stink. We've had enough of the same old thing."
They're saying he called Sarah Palin a pig and are demanding an apology. Unfortunately for their side of the argument, Obama has used this saying before anyone knew Sarah Palin's name to describe the situation in Iraq. It's also something that McCain himself has also said… in reference to Hillary Clinton's health plan. So… no argument. And really, Palin started this when she began to refer to herself as an ugly animal with makeup on. Who does that?

That bs plays into the stereotype that black people are overly sexual. Maybe if kids were enlightened about the basics earlier, they wouldn't be so inclined to experiment (oral, outercourse, etc.) and do the freak by age 12. They would know the consequences and not end up surprised like Palin's daughter.
