I have so much respect for her. I know she's had work done, but just wow on her ability to still be so fit when it doesn't seem to be a genetic gift at all AND dance more than pretty much all pop stars half her age.

She leads a really fit lifestyle. Very strict diet and her workout regiment is crazy. That's the key. There's no secret. Eat right and work out.

I eat right and work out. She probably eats veggies and egg whites while working out 3+ hours a day. Good for her. She certainly doesn't get it from her mama. I've seen her sisters. She has worked for all of it.

Btw, that album title is a fake. A friend of mine made it up (complete with fake cover) months ago. I love how this shit has taken on a life of it's own in the last day. LOL
