Mariah Carey has been putting out albums for the last 18 years, so I would think that she would understand as well as anyone the importance of an album's first single and video. Why, then, did she decide to give us a supposed-to-be-funny-but-isn't video starring Kenneth from 30 Rock? On a positive note, her body looks pretty good, considering the song is called "Touching My Body."
