About sentencing differences between black and white celebs, all crimes are not equal. It's f-ing ridiculous that a drunk driver serves a few hours in jail for endangering the lives of many but she gets 6 months for lying about poisoning her own body. I didn't write the laws but they are what they are. Tracy Morgan and Eve got the same treatment as their white counterparts. Actually, Tracy should have gotten some time for drinking while the SCRAM ankle monitor was on him.
Wesley Snipes and Ronald Isley got 10 years less than Richard Hatch, the guy who won the first Survivor. I think black celebrities get as fair a shot as their white counterparts since they have access to better attorneys. When fame comes into the picture, the only color that matters is green.
