I'm not surprised that black people don't use the internet that much for social networking. It's probably because we know that meeting someone online leads to stalking or death.

I prefer in person networking. The old Hollywood cliche of "let's do lunch" is still where most of my business is drummed up. I like to schmooze - and people like to be schmoozed. You can't do that over the net or over the phone.
