I don't understand how Scott Storch can make $17 million in one year and still bounce checks! Where is his money going? Oh, I know, 20 million dollar yachts! Who needs that?

Black people are natually drawn to Barak. That's the truth. To deny it is disengenous. Why is it bad to admit that? Would I be racist to believe that fact as black person or just as a white person?

Lauren stop it with the passive/aggressive Bill Clinton is a racist B.S.

He's not, and none of what he said was UNTRUE. I really am starting to belive Barack will destroyed by his overzealous nasty "supporters".

Oh, please. Did you read the link? That's exactly what he said about black people being drawn to Barack Obama, and I wasn't editorializing there, nor did I imply that the statement was untrue. I've also never called Bill Clinton racist, even though its clear to me and many others that members of the Clinton campaign have used language that appeals to people who are.

@ BMD

If Black ppl are naturally drawn to him then how come the majority of his Black supporters were originally die-hard Clinton loyalists? You can't dismiss a group of people and expect their votes. If they'd disrespected (White) women and Latinos in the fashion that they did Black people, Obama woulda bagged them too.

Funny how Slick Willy is popping ish just cuz his wife is losing. If Hillary were in Obama's position, he wouldn't say "Blacks are naturally drawn to her" cuz it would be a slight. He's not giving Black ppl any credit and is making us out to be group thinkers, and he knows that they effed up with the race baiting. It's not like Obama can win off of the strength of the Black vote alone.

Anyway, Scott Storch is a major loser. Nice to hear about FL.

I did read the link, and black people ARE drawn to Barack just because he's black. Pointing out the truth is not racist, or inciting racism.

The implicit tone of mosts of what you write here does add to the "Clintons are racists" mythos. Whatever your intentions, that's how it comes across a lot of the times.

i think Lauren's right when she says that members of the Clinton campaign have used language that appeals to racist people.

i go further and make clear that Bill and Hillary are two such campaigners. their actions and language are of the worst order of pandering.

pointing out that blacks are drawn to Barack is not racist (no matter the color of the person pointing it out). but if you look at what BC and HC say, when and how they say it, it is clear that they are only interested in what is most politically expedient for them.

why is this a problem? cause that's not how a transparent, representative democracy should work.

If I thought Bill Clinton was racist, I would write it. I don't think that he's above reproach, however. Somewhere along the line, criticizing someone for saying or doing something racially questionable came to mean that you're accusing them of burning crosses and organizing lynch mobs (hello, Geraldine Ferraro). Nuance, people.

Nuance, subtext, and sarcasm sometimes fall short on the web.

Just an observation…
