What kind of a paper is LA Times for even running that piece? What were they thinking? Tossing "slavery" around like pennies. *SMH*

About Jonah Goldberg's op-ed, I'm not surprised. I've read some of his columns and at times, I couldn't find the nerve to read the whole column - it just made me want to scream.

But I loved how Jon Stewart took to task earlier this year on a book Goldberg was promoting. Before the show ended, Stewart had to tell his audience that was perhaps the most difficult task he's done in a while.
