RE:BET. I once made that obeservation to my 5 years younger sister. She didn't see it as a problem. I responded that for many people, rightly or wrongly, "diversity" is used as a politically correct explanation to exclude Black women. Specifically, it's never that people intentionally mean to exclude Black women, it's just what conicidentally happened. With one exception all male hosts (not DJs) have been Black. Why should it be different for Black women? I'm pleased this issue is being bought to the forefront.
