As much as the media hates Barry Bonds, the baseball fans sure don't…Bonds was voted into the All-Star Game this year by the fans for the first time in 3 years, beating out more worthy outfielders such as Alfonso Soriano and others, putting to rest the idea that only the Bay Area loves Bonds.

I !@#$%^ hate Barry Bonds, but then again I'm a Dodger fan living in San Francisco. Life aint easy, ya know? Outside of the Bay Area, I'v never heard anyone say anything good about him so I was hella surprised that he got voted in. Maybe he was voted in by Bay Area people though? You could vote up to 11x, ya know. I won't celebrate him when he breaks the record b/c he's a cheater. I just pray it's not against the Dodgers who are the first home stand for the Giants after the All-Star break. :-/
