
Actually, it's more likely that nobody really cares. But after Akon's whole "simulated sex with an underage girl on stage" debacle, my guess is that big corporations don't want much to do with him. Verizon, the first to jump ship, announced that it's no longer sponsoring his tour. Akon was opening for Gwen Stefani, who is losing Verizon's support by association. All is not lost, because they surely can find some other sponsors. Something tells me Boost Mobile wouldn't mind sloppy seconds.

That's too bad. What he did was tacky at any age, but worse that she was young. But it kills me that parents can get a press conference up to throw shame on Akon, but can't keep their young teen daughter out the club! My baby's only 2 but I got the belt ready…
