In Obama news…
Barack Obama doesn't want to make a martyr out of Osama Bin Laden if he's caught; he says he would call for a Nuremburg-like trial.
Apparently, at least one volunteer still doesn't feel comfortable with the fact that some voters think Obama is the second coming of Osama Bin Laden, which seems to be why he or she asked a Muslim supporter wearing a head scarf to move out of the range of video cameras for "political reasons" at a Michigan event. Obama, who posed for photos after the event in question with Muslim supporters, apologized, and a rep said that the volunteer was not acting under "campaign policy." The rejected woman's brother said, "This is not meant to be any slam on Obama… [But] this type of discrimination is occurring everywhere — in the North, South and even at Obama rallies."
Speaking of prejudice, don't you think that the way men's pants are manufactured discriminates against men with big penises? That's why the lawyer for a nutjob who alleges he had a gay, drug-fueled relationship with Obama and was actually granted space at the National Press Club for a press conference, was wearing a kilt to said press conference. That's right, his penis is too big for pants.
Instead of paying attention to such ridiculousness, most news outlets are covering the announcement made by the Obama campaign that he has officially opted out of the public financing system, will forgo $80 million in public funds, and won't have to put a cap on campaign spending. ""It's not an easy decision, and especially because I support a robust system of public financing of elections," Obama wrote in an email. "But the public financing of presidential elections as it exists today is broken, and we face opponents who've become masters at gaming this broken system."
Oh, and he wants people to lay off of his family, because he would never dream of making Cindy McCain a campaign issue. Lucky for Cindy McCain.

I was seriously angered by the anti-Muslim action at the campaign. I'm a Muslim and I have nothing to feel ashamed of my religion. So if people have a real problem with Muslims, they can go lick my f–king clit.

I think it is rather unfortunate that this happened b/c after McCain messed up with the Muslims, they were a "gimme" for him with not much work at all! How sad!

I'm a 26 year old woman and I'd only recently found out who my biological father was. Come to find out he's Saudi Arabian (he is a Muslim as well). Even though I don't identify with that part of me as of now, I hope to find out more about him and my culture and/or his religion. I only hope I can be welcomed and not seen as too ignorant.
