One Person’s Favorite Thing Is Another Person’s Heinous Outfit
After perusing Oprah Winfrey’s Favorite Things — thousands of dollars worth of high-quality merchandise she gave away to a trembling-with-excitement-and-awe audience in Macon, Ga. yesterday — I have discovered one reason not to envy those lucky ladies in Macon. The Rachel Pally Swing Turtleneck and Sailor Pants combo. Had I been in the audience, this would have been the first thing going on eBay. Then again, they also all got HDTV refrigerators. So it more than evens out.

When I was watching the show I was thinking the same thing. That and the Uggs boots would have been re-gifted if I were in the audience. I dont know when I would be able to wear crochet boots in Canada. Maybe in the summer

I would not wear that to run errands on the weekends. I’ll stick to my faded black VS yoga pants, alma mater sweat shirt and running shoes. At least people think I came from the gym, not that I have bad taste.
The Uggs are okay under other things. I saw them. They are appropriate for errand running.
