Even though no one, and I mean no one, seemed to particularly care about a story Terrence Howard told recently about shooting a scene for the Cosby Show and then getting blackballed by Bill Cosby himself for years, Bill Cosby is upset enough that he's putting in phone calls. First, he called Howard, who said, according to Cosby:
"The young man said to me on the phone, 'Mr. Cosby, [in] the conversation we had, you gave me information that was valuable,' recalls Cosby, adding that Howard said he "tells people this."
Then he put in a call to EUR.
"Somewhere, there's something missing," Cosby said. "And that is somebody saying either I never said those things, or, I'm sorry. And it's taking too long. And these blogs go out, man. I don't want people looking at Bill Cosby talking about, 'I had people barred.' It just gets too far out."
If it comforts Mr. Cosby, who has gotten much, much, much more negative press than this in his lifetime, people could be saying a lot worse on the blogs. Imagine how Suri Cruise and Michelle Obama (to name two) feel!
I can't imagine that back in the day Bill Cosby would have cared 2 cents about a Terrence Howard. Having him blacklisted would be going too far out of his way. Maybe his agent stopped taking Howard's calls because the agent had an issue with Howard.
Anyway, both of them need to let this go.
Umm? Odd story.
The sad part about this is that it happened TWENTY YEARS AGO. Why is Terrence Howard bringing this up now? I don't believe him, but even if I did, why now?
shouldn't Bill Cosby be busier than this?
