Oprah Premieres The Great Debaters

Oprah Winfrey took some time out from her new job as Barack Obama's Official Campaign Billionaire to support another one of her pet projects, The Great Debaters, which she produced. There were dueling movie premieres yesterday, this one in LA, and I Am Legend in New York, so some of the usual attendees of an Oprah Winfrey-related event were otherwise indisposed. Nevertheless, a huge hunk of black Hollywood was in attendance. Lots more pics after the jump.

The Whitakers are my new favorite red carpet family. Don't love Keisha's new do. Too harsh. Jurnee is gorgeous.

James Pickens looks great with pink shirt and velvet blazer. Love it.

Gayle should have picked another dress. SMH

Jurnee has grown up to be a beautiful, talented and grounded young lady. She picked the perfect dress and accessories for the red carpet. LOVE Oprah's long leather skirt–I so need that skirt in my wardrobe! James Pickens looks fine as always-yum! Why in the sam hell is Wesley even there? Is he trying to get Oprah to produce a movie for him so he can pay the IRS? Not gonna happen….
