When Morris Day and the Time performed "Jungle Love" last night (with Rihanna, oddly), it was fun to watch. But seeing him all advanced-in-years just made me long to watch the original.

I was missing the original too. Still good to see the Time reunited though.
I saw The Time, Teena Marie and Rick James (in his last concert) a few years ago and they were all awesome!!
According to my music business contacts– it was supposed to be the time and prince in a reunion concert and the celebration of the 25th anniversary of thriller featuring people like Chris Brown and Rhianna. I guess that they couldn't get it together in time. I think the Rhianna/ time thing was a last minute change.
