It\'s All About Mya and Sisqo

I hated this song and have always harbored a small grudge against Mya for being responsible for the fact that this song haunted the radio for months and months in 1998, plus solo Sisqo annoyed the hell out of me. And yet, I'm posting it. Someone must have liked it, right? It did launch her career.

I didn't like this song, either! I thought the concept and the outfits where low budget and cheesy. Plus, the song itself was annoying.

I really didn't care about this song at all, but the video creeped me out. Mya was of legal age, but looked really really young to be in some of those outfits. It looked like soft-core child porn. Ugh!

I loved the song when it first came out. Granted, I was 15 and I didn't know any better.

Now, the song gives me a headache.

I used to like this song. I was quite fanatical about the song, Mya, and Sisqo. I loved Mya's two piece cheongsam and Sisqo was just interesting and of course what is there not to love about, "Up jumps my butt n* what n* what." I thought it was pure comedy. But if it came out today, I'd pan it.

LiliaNic I felt just like you about this song. I hated the video and really wanted to knock her parents out for allowing her to make the song and video. I remember arguing with girls in high school about it. I think majority of the girls I knew liked it. I've never been able to give Mya a chance after it too.
