The big moment for Carrie fans all over the country has arrived — Sex and the City: The Movie has arrived in a flurry of pink carpet and sparkles. The NYC premiere was last night. Jennifer Hudson looks good — she may or may not have let Andre Leon Talley dress her. He was there, though. Of course!

I am sick and tired of hearing about this movies. Whites can really hype a movie to death!!! Can't wait for this all to be over.
I like the dress. Wish she would stay away from the metallic fabrics. Love her to death.
Don't let a Andre dress you girl. UPGRADE!!!!

Whites can hype a movie to death? Hi baiter!
while i wish jennifer hudson well, this is not a movie i will be going to see. i noticed that they are having midnight showings - go figure
Male reviewers are going to give this movie low ratings as most men hate S&TC. I love it and it makes me wonder why so many men hate this show but I have an idea.
Chic Noir:
Many men like the show; they just won't admit it. You wouldn't believe how some of my straight guy friends have referenced the show; then they feel guilty if you give them the look like "you watch sex and the city." The same goes for Desperate Housewives.
@ Afroamericawriter: You are so true, you don't know how many men I know who have mentioned SATC or DH & act like it is nothing when they know they are tuning in when the reruns come on. SMH.
@ the 1st poster: I know, SATC is hyped up. *sigh*
