» DMX Does Himself No Favors
From CBS4 Miami: "Rap star DMX didn't make any friends in a Miami courtroom Tuesday morning when he quietly lashed out at the judge who denied him bond. DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, called the judge an expletive when Judge Lawrence Schwartz ruled against bond. 'Oh that just ingratiated you to me. I've never heard the "f' word before so it's okay,' was the response from Judge Schwartz." |

Now, if Amy Winehouse would just follow in DMX's footsteps and let television cameras to trail her all day, we'd be on the road to a drug- and crime-free music industry. [AHH] |

» DMX, Arrested For The Sixth Time
DMX is in police custody for the sixth time this year after getting arrested outside of a Miami Wal-mart. The arrest was a result of a skipped court date in Phoenix. His lawyer said he had been trying to check into rehab in Miami. The last time he was arrested in Miami (in June), it was for trying to buy coke from an undercover officer.[AHH] |

Who Needs Help?
It's hard to watch celebrities like DMX fall off the deep end, and you've got to wonder why someone in their lives hasn't successfully intervened. If you could send a celebrity or famous person to rehab (or a psychiatric hospital), who would it be? |
» DMX Spirals Further Downward
An Arizona judge issued a bench warrant for the Phoenix area's resident celebrity crackhead, DMX. Unsurprisingly, DMX failed to appear in court for a pretrial conference on four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of marijuana. This particular case is one of many cases ranging from drugs to animal cruelty to traffic violations that the rapper is currently facing. |

» Somebody Get DMX Some Help
For what seems like the 800th time this year, rapper DMX was arrested Saturday at a mall in Phoenix for using a fake ID at a Scottsdale Mayo Clinic a few months ago. He's being charged with identity theft and theft of service — officials say he was trying to get out of paying $7500 in medical bills. He's being held on $60,000 bond. [MTV] |

SIT DOWN, DMX. JUST SIT DOWN. DMX was arrested at his Arizona home yesterday after traffic cameras on a suburban Phoenix freeway caught his bright yellow, 1966 Chevrolet (with a big DMX decal on the windshield) on three separate occasions going 100, 101 and 114 mph in a 65 mph zone. His lawyer said he had no comment, but we can probably guess his defense: "It wasn't me!" [SP] |
