The women at Racialicious brought up Living Single last week, and although I watched the show when it was on and have been known to sing/rap the theme song when the mood strikes, I had never heard that many people accuse the creators of Friends of completely biting the concept and running with it. Now that I know, it certainly doesn't seem far fetched.
