Eve of Destruction

And Intoxication

Someone should have told Eve not to take "Ryde or Die Chick" so literally.

According to TMZ, Lady Eve crashed her gold Maserati on Hollywood Blvd. early this morning. As for her blood alcohol level, the cops arrested her on suspicion that it was above the legal limit.

Eve (real name: Eve Jeffers) was driving in Hollywood around 2:45 AM Thursday when she hit the center divider, totaling the front of her car. TMZ was on the scene, and observed that after cops arrived, they placed her in handcuffs, and (according to our staffers) she was "visibly upset" as they led her into a squad car. We've learned that there were two people in the car with Eve at the time.

Eve is supposed to be a celebrity who has her life together. Not that people who have their lives together don't make mistakes, but (alleged) drunk driving accidents are pretty big mistakes.

Last week, she talked about how much her leaked sex tape with Stevie J embarrassed her. Her TMZ arrest footage might just embarrass her more.

There's One Star Out There Who Isn't Proud Of Her Sex Tape

With celebrities and pseudo-celebrities barely concealing their glee as well-publicized videos of them having boring sex are circulated through the internet, it's refreshing to see that Eve has enough sense to be ashamed.

Eve was deeply hurt by the sex tape leak that featured the rapper and boyfriend Stevie J, but insists it could have been much worse. Footage from 1999 of the rap star/actress in various sexual positions and using sex aids appeared on the internet in 2005, but she took a little comfort in the fact that at least the guy on the tape was her ex.

She says, "What kept me calm is the fact that everybody knew he was my boyfriend. Not that I wanted people to see me having sex, but it wasn't like I was getting gangbanged - that would have been crazy."

According to Eve, masturbating with a dildo= a little bad. Getting gangbanged=crazy. A little info for you in case you were thinking about making a sex tape.
