Rep. Stephanie Tubbs-Jones, the first black congresswoman from Ohio, is in the hospital in critical condition and with limited brain function after she had an aneurysm while driving her car in Cleveland last night. Earlier reports said the congresswoman, who was an ardent supporter of Hillary Clinton and was a fixture on cable news shows during the primaries, had died. [HP]
