» That's What Friends Are For

Naomi Campbell recently told an interviewer that she can always count on Victoria Beckham to be by her side whenever she throws temper tantrums and is subsequently charged with various criminal acts. "When I was going through my hard time recently she was immediately on the phone, asking me how I was doing and saying, 'I hope you're well,'" Campbell said of Beckham. "She was very sweet. I speak to Victoria pretty regularly about normal, mundane stuff. We share girl stuff and she is so funny - people just don't know her or get her." Everyone needs a solid-if-bony shoulder to lean on after being punished for highly-publicized, thoroughly unnecessary criminal behavior. [SP]

Did Mel Sing This To Eddie?

Obviously I'd seen this video before, but watching it for the first time in ages had me truly questioning the wisdom of a Spice Girls reunion tour, particularly considering the fact that Posh — back when her bank account and limbs were significantly smaller — played a completely superfluous role in this video.

Also, It's a very good thing that Scary is the spice that decided to go on Dancing with the Stars.

It all seems more than a little excessive to me, but Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Will Smith, and Jada Pinkett all thought it was necessary to throw David and Victoria Beckham a lavish, star-studded "Welcome to America" party yesterday at the Museum of Contemporary Art's Geffen Contemporary gallery in LA. Take a look at the pictures after the jump — Will and Jada obviously invited a lot of their friends.
