The Trials And Tribulations Of A Man Directing His Wife's Music Video

Nick Cannon had a bit of trouble directing his wife Mariah Carey's new music video. The rolling-around-in-the-bed-with-a-ripped-model thing was tough to take, he says.

"We did it in, like, one take and I had to kick the dude out. It was one of those situations where I wasn't intimidated but I could've knocked him out at any point. He was playing, like, a fictional character, but I could have done without it."

I'll give him credit for admitting that it made him uncomfortable. Most directors just pretend that they nod and smile and get down to work, even when they're shooting a steamy scene with their significant other in the arms of another. I know I couldn't handle it, especially if my s.o. was even marginally a convincing actor.
