Resistance To Change

Wherein you, the readers, talk amongst yourselves.

I might be alienating many of you with this topic, and, for that, I apologize. But CNN is covering it, and I can, too!

How much do you hate the new Facebook?

A lot. I came to Facebook to escape MySpace, but here it is chasing me again. This time wearing a Facebook mask.

Damn, am I showing my age by responding to this, let alone being the first?

It's difficult to get the hang of it at first. Eventually, you'll get used to it.

Not much at all. I feel like the previous version was a lot simpler, and thats why it worked really well. But overall I don't mind the updated version.

There is nothing really new about it. The pages are wider and instead of a long clutter profile, it is in tabs. I don't get the big deal. Just do not had 100 applications to your page.

I honestly don't get why everybody hates it so much, I strongly prefer the new version.

I just joined facebook last Thursday. The new version is all I know. But everybody else seems pissed about it.

*shrugs*

Not loving the new Facebook. Stuff is housed in too many different places that I just don't think to look. But I vastly prefer it to myspace, which operates like some college student's half-assed html homework project.

As much as the old one.
I think I might have to get it now, though, because it's been wasting my time because it makes it hard to hear about events/contact people you aren't too close with.

I absolutely love the new facebook. It's easier to navigate, I have more control over what I view, and everything just looks clearer and cleaner. I prefer things to be neatly boxed up instead of thrown on one page.

Can't stand it. Things are just harder to find on the home page now. I rarely looked at the profile view before but now I find that I have to in order to find half of what I'm looking for and then I still can't find it…
