Anyone notice the terrible pain McCain must endure while shaking Obama's hand? This isn't the first time I've seen that expression…

di-my-e: McCain loves those. Count the times he says "My friends"

(I would make he is old, so all his friends are dead joke. But I will not.)

This has to be the stupidest thing I have ever heard off. Your going to give me 5K, which gives me the ability to travel across state lines to go see a doctor. What!? In my neighborhood in UK, the doctors office (who was a great doctor) was a 10 minute walk from my house.

Geez this is a boring debate. I thought the gloves were coming off??? (for McCain) I don't see much swinging. It looks pretty much like the previous debate thus far…

Next debate; I'm inviting friends over, buying a bunch of Tequila and everytime McCain says "my friends" we're gonna take a shot.

We will be drunk as skunks by the end of the debate.

We're gonna get into World War three if we keep blindly supporting Israel.

Is it a requirement to mention Israel in every debate? Did we not learn from Iraq to not get involved sometimes.

Obama is coasting. He needs to BRING IT to the next one. McCain has nothing to lose so he will hit him hard and dirty at debate 3.

*M*, we're forced into that mess whether we want to or not. We can't screw Israel because we had our hand in its existence. Why America is the only country that really seems to suffer from Holocaust guilt is beyond me. Yes, we turned a blind eye (just like we're doing with Sudan and Uganda and North Korea…), but how come the Europeans are allowed to wash their hands clean of it when it happened RIGHT under their noses? Israel receives the most U.S. foreign aid. Iraq is #2. Something has to be said for perseverance/stubbornness but allowing those two countries to fail would be disastrous for us.

Also, McCain wants to win Florida which apparently has a lot of older Jewish people and he feels that they will vote for him if he appears to like Israel more though he's about to cut their Medicare.

I think it's ultimately a good thing that we are allied with Israel, but we really need to reconsider what it means to support that country. We are not doing Israel any favors by validating their actions in a conflict in which both sides have committed horrible wrongs, and which will never be resolved unless both sides come to their senses and manage to work something out.
