the first thing i would do is pay off any outstanding debt(pay off my home, pay off the cars), i would get my mom a kidney, and expand on my daycare biz.
Well seeing as how you need more than that to retire these days, and seeing as how the value of 1 million dollars is much less in other countries, I'd probably just hide it under my mattress… I mean if 100s are the new 20s, then what's a mill-lian? But seriously, I'd start a microfinance company and give it all away.
From the photo, I'm thinking he must be thinking how he's gonna hide all that cash. Paper is such a drag.
1) Pay off my student loans
2) Save some money so I can move to NYC and get an affordable apartment
3) Give some to my mother
4) Give some to my cousins
5) Go to the mall and get books, dvds and cds
6) Put half in two accounts, so i don't touch them
7) Buy some stocks Get some new clothes
9) Give some money to my close friends
10) Start the programs I've been thinking of doing a) creating a better sex-ed program in highschools, b) creating a rehab center for the homeless in Newark, NJ
Well I wouldn't be photographed with it! Who needs the IRS digging in my pockets?
First, I would buy a home (with sinking prices I could get something very nice!)
Next, I would have the beautiful wedding that my boyfriend and I can't afford to have right now.
Finally, just live for a while without checking my balance every time I have to write a check.
I would pay off all of my debt - student loans, car everything.
Then I would buy some property - nice brownstone on a tree lined block in Brooklyn.
Put some aside for my daughter.
pay off my moms house and building - then remodel them for her and give her some stash money for being such a great mom.
The rest I would invest in real estate in NY and continue my normal life - 1 mill in Ny is nothing but lord would I love to have it.
I love how all of us plan on using part of the money to pay off loans! Along with paying off loans, I'll also give some to my mom for the knee surgery she needs, some to my dad for finally finishing his dream house, then I'll likely blow the rest on something very stupid, like some rare collectible. Or something.
