Who's Getting Assaulted At An Anti-War Protest?
Lennox Yearwood, a revered, founder of the Hip Hop Caucus, and a vocal anti-war activist, was arrested along with Cindy Sheehan and two others outside of the Petraeus hearings Monday. Except Cindy Sheehan escaped the incident without needing to be rushed to the hospital in a wheelchair. Lennox didn't. according to the Washington Post, he was initially targeted by police because he cut in line and refused to move back to the end and was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault on a police officer, which is a felony. The video's right here, and I'm not seeing police being assaulted.

Hmmm, I didn't quite see where he assaulted a police officer but he is black. Black = violent.
Oh, you would be surprised how easily confused the police can get, when they see a Black male. They don't just see a regular man. Otherwise, they wouldn't get so nervous, each and everytime they approach one of us. I believe this video perfectly illustrates that

For real, for real though. We all need to wake up. We're sleeping on an entire battle that's going on. Shaquanda Cotton, the Jena 6, Sean Bell, Aloysius Staton Jr. Even TAN himself (if y'all don't read The Assimilated Negro blog, you should) is getting seriously harassed. We have some serious issues. Folks need to take notice.
That could have been to indirectly target Cindy Sheehan. Like - ok anyone who marches with the rabblerouser will get hurt? She's pretty much untouchable b/c of her political ties and the fact that she has a shit load of money behind her from the same ppl who support moveon.org, new democrat coalition, blue dog, etc.
